Standard Models and Availability…
The Custom Gun Builder is to be used to order custom guns only. Standard SKU’s will NOT be sold via this website from Thompson/Auto-Ordnance. If you would like a standard SKU, please visit your local FFL dealer. 

Custom Tommy Guns are not available outside the United States of America. Also excluded are CA, CT, NY, and where prohibited by state or local laws.

What the Custom Tommy Gun Builder is…
The Custom Tommy Gun Builder will help you design your ideal Tommy Gun with nearly every option and configuration (for 1927A-1 .45 ACP model only, and for cosmetic customization) we offer available to choose from. You can simply save your designs by clicking add to cart so when you are ready to buy, you can go back and submit that order directly to our shop to be built.

How the Process Works…
When you are ready to start, click on Start Building below and follow the subsequent steps. After you are done designing your Custom Tommy Gun, if you would like to order this at a later date simply click add to cart and come back when you are ready to make a purchase. From there you can review your designs and submit them to Thompson/Auto-Ordnance to be built.

When submitting the design you will enter your contact information as well as any special instructions or questions in the order comments field. You must then pay for the full balance due to reserve your spot in the build queue. After payment is sent, you must send an E-Mail with your order ID associated with your build at the time of submission. It is important to note that we will not contact you until payment is received. After submitting your order and payment, you will also need to submit your FFL information to us as soon as possible to ensure that there are no delays once your Tommy Gun is ready to ship.

Shipping…
All orders must go through a licensed dealer. Please send a copy of your preferred dealers FFL where you wish to have the firearm sent. Allow up to 12 months for your order to ship. Once you have placed your order, reply to your order confirmation email and attach your FFL.

Note: If you cancel your order, there will be a cancellation/restocking fee of 25%.
